Single machine
Can be installed directly into an existing system by the customer.

Decentralised preparation
Decentralised chip shredding is the technologically optimum and cleanest concept for chip processing. A shredder is installed on each processing machine. From there, the metal chips are conveyed to the centralised processing system.

Centralised processing
However, if there are several spatially separated processing machines and depending on the local conditions, the centralised chip processing plant may be the more economical concept in some cases. In this case, the metal chips are collected at the processing machines and transported to the processing plant on chip trolleys. This centralised solution means that no changes to the existing production process are necessary.

All Mercodor chip processing systems have one thing in common: no two are the same. Mercodor offers various shredding concepts and cutting unit sizes for all performance requirements. Our modular drive systems offer many installation and mounting options in and on return pump stations, under chip conveyors, via pneumatic locks, on briquetting presses and for other special solutions.
