Tradition with a future<\/h3>

MERCODOR GmbH Sondermaschinenbau KG, Frankfurt am Main, was founded in 1973. The family-owned company has been manufacturing shredding systems for many years and produces them completely and customised in its own factory in Trebur. Today, the company's shredding systems are used successfully in industrial and commercial operations, hotels, hospitals, canteen kitchens, on cruise ships and in household waste disposal and raw material recycling to significantly reduce the volume of waste.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The volume of waste can be reduced by up to approx. 80 per cent with the customer-oriented systems tailored to the respective waste problems. This also significantly reduces the subsequent volume-dependent transport, storage and landfill costs. The company's many years of experience in a wide range of applications is the guarantee of trouble-free operation today.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The systems are characterised by a particularly robust design, practically maintenance-free operation and high efficiency with low energy consumption. The modular design principle always enables perfect adaptation to difficult local conditions, for example, or combination with existing conveyor systems in production plants. Depending on the task at hand, various infeed and discharge devices, such as conveyor belts, lifting and tilting devices, extraction systems, discharge chutes, etc. are supplied to suit.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
